We’ve made great progress in gender parity in the workplace, but we still have work to do, especially in the tech sector. Many women’s organizations are advancing the inclusion effort, but engaging men in this conversation has not been sufficiently prioritized. Without male allies sharing their perspectives, understanding ours, and helping advance the ball, we won’t make progress quickly enough. This podcast and website is intended to facilitate this conversation so we can get there faster. As anyone in the inclusion discussion knows, greater diversity moves us to better results, faster. So, this is an invitation to both men and women to talk with each other – to start an open, honest, non-judgmental discussion about gender-based assumptions in the workplace.
