Standard

Chris canva

Chris Rogaski

In this episode, we hear from our first male guest, Chris Rogaski, who shares his views on what it’s like to be male at a women’s conference, how they leave attendees with a different vibe than other conferences, and how men can help. Chris shares management tactics that translate to managing both men and women and he shares some insights into communicating with those you manage. He also shares a #pinkbandanamoment that can happen in calibration sessionsĀ and how to call unconscious bias out in a constructive way.

Inviting men into the conversation will move the equality discussion forward faster – but we still need to reach those men who aren’t already active allies.

Chris’ challenge: review resumes without names, to get the best talent.
